What is YKnot?
A members-only social app where people open the spare seats in plans they're already doing, and nearby members pay a small fee to join. Real plans, real people, in person.
What's a “line”?
A plan you're already doing that has room for more — a booked dinner table, a sunset hike, an extra court reservation. You open the spare seats; others ask to join.
Is it free to post a line?
Yes. Posting a line costs nothing, however many seats you open, and hosts never earn money on YKnot either — nothing changes hands between you and your guests. The only thing you can pay for is boosting your own line to the top of the feed.
Why do members pay small fees?
Asking to join is free; the fee is charged when a host accepts you. It exists purely to filter for intent — hosts never earn money on YKnot, it just keeps everyone honest about showing up.
Is YKnot a dating app?
No. YKnot is for connecting with new people over real plans — meals, hikes, markets, workouts. It's about doing things together, not swiping.
Where is YKnot available?
YKnot is available across Hawaii and will expand city by city. Because lines are real plans, we grow where there are enough members to fill them.
